Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders, prepare pizza products, and operate all store equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in coolers, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and the facility daily, manage bulk product deliveries using hand trucks, and handle various physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and bending. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining strict quality control standards. Training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception

- Ability to push a stack of trays on a dolly requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
- Ability to pull trays
- Ability to navigate stairs or climb a ladder
- Ability to forward bend at the waist
- Ability to reach above 72" occasionally
- Ability to reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes
- Ability to reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones
