Job Summary
Receive and process telephone orders and in-person touch screen orders while communicating verbally with customers. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, and prepare product. Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Applicants must be 16 years or older, possess accurate math and motor coordination skills, and have a clear, upbeat speaking voice. Orientation and training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person on our touch screen computer system
- Clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers on the phone
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
