Job Summary
Receive and process telephone orders while operating all equipment and preparing products in the delivery area. Stock ingredients from the delivery zone to storage and the walk-in cooler, then take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and the facility daily. Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and stack cases of ingredients and supplies onto shelves up to 72 inches high. Carry large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of dough over short distances, and push or pull stacks of trays on dollies. Perform tasks primarily from a standing position, including infrequent ladder use for maintenance and price changes. Work flexible hours, part-time or full-time, with competitive pay and opportunities for growth into management.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Talking and hearing on telephone
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
