Job Summary
Customer Service Representative position at Domino’s Pizza in Forest Lake, MN. Responsibilities include operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders and in-person orders, taking inventory, and maintaining a clean facility. Requires verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers, basic math for cash handling, and accurate monetary change. Training is provided. Availability on Fridays and/or Saturdays from 5-8 p.m. is required. Opportunities for growth into management roles exist within the Domino’s franchise. Must be 15 years of age or older (16+ preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Must be 15 years of age or older; 16 or older preferred
- Ability to operate equipment and process orders
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers
- Ability to perform basic math including cash handling and giving correct change
- Willingness to work Fridays/Saturdays 5-8 p.m.
- Ability to stock ingredients and maintain inventory
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
