Job Summary
Operate as a store team member providing customer service and processing orders. Duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery to storage and walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone. Must be able to perform basic arithmetic for monetary transactions, enter orders via keyboard or touchscreen, and work in varying conditions including cold environments. Orientation and training are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Standing and manual dexterity to perform tasks
- Ability to work both alone and with others
- Ability to follow safety and quality standards
