Handle calls, online orders, and in-person inquiries with professionalism while assisting customers with placing orders, customizing pizzas, and answering menu questions. Upsell additional menu items and promotions to enhance satisfaction, then accurately enter orders into the system and process payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store while resolving issues with empathy.
