Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in a restaurant environment responsible for operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, and cleaning equipment and facilities. On-the-job orientation and training provided. Requires verbal and written communication to take and process orders in person or over the phone, basic arithmetic for making change, and accurate data entry via keyboard or touchscreen. Work includes exposure to varied temperatures and physically demanding tasks such as standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving trays. Strong ability to communicate with customers and co-workers, handle multiple tasks, and maintain quality standards under pressure.
