Operate equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler. Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facility. Training is provided on the job. Essential skills include verbal and written communication to process orders in person and over the phone, basic math to make correct monetary change, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Physical demands include standing, lifting up to ~50 pounds, pushing/pulling trays, occasional climbing stairs, and exposure to varying temperatures and food odors.
