Job Summary
Receive and process telephone and in-person orders while operating all store equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in coolers, prepare product, and make and label boxes. Clean equipment and facility daily. Handle bulk product deliveries, unload cases up to 50 pounds, and stack them onto shelves up to 72 inches high. Carry large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of dough over short distances. Perform repetitive tasks including shaping pizza dough, using a pizza cutter and peel, and manipulating cardboard boxes. Work in varying temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees and handle hot surfaces up to 500 degrees. Make and label boxes.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions

- Carrying trays of pizza dough three at a time weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
- Pushing trays which are placed on dollies requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds

- Manipulating a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter
