Job Summary
Manage customer service inquiries and handle phone communications while maintaining strict quality control standards. Perform repetitive tasks including pizza assembly, dough shaping, and topping manipulation using specialized tools like pizza peel and rolling cutters. Execute physical duties such as lifting up to 50-pound cases, carrying large cans, and pushing dollies with stacks of trays. Work primarily in a standing position with occasional sitting for paperwork, navigating varying temperatures from 36 to 90 degrees and adverse weather conditions during outside tasks.
