Job Summary
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while preparing and making pizzas according to company standards. Process cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accurate records, and address inquiries or resolve issues with outstanding customer service. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, collaborate with team members during busy periods, and assist with various in-store tasks as needed. Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. This role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and delicious pizzas to customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
