Job Summary
Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Customer Service Rep to join our team. The role focuses on assisting customers, processing telephone and in-store orders, handling payments, bagging/labeling orders, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders over the phone and in person, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring accurate monetary transactions. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for advancement from frontline roles toward management. The position requires good communication, basic math skills, the ability to work with customers and teammates, and comfort working in a fast-paced pizza environment. The job involves varying weather conditions, navigating a walk-in cooler, and performing tasks that may require standing, lifting, and bending.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Make and label boxes
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements with speed
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
- In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees to 90+ degrees
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality control standards
- Climbing stairs or ladders to change prices on signs and perform maintenance
- Shaping pizza dough and using pizza-related tools
- Page/box packing and handling tasks
- Prolonged standing and walking
