Job Summary
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Process cash and credit card transactions, assist in pizza preparation and other food service tasks, and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment, handle multiple tasks during peak hours, and adhere to food safety regulations. Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. Work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
