Customer Service Rep(01511) - 345 Clarkson Rd

Provide friendly, efficient customer service to dine-in and take-out customers; greet customers, take orders over phone and in person, prepare and serve pizzas and other menu items, process cash and credit card transactions, maintain a clean and organized work environment, answer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, assist with cleaning tasks to uphold high standards of cleanliness, handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrate strong communication and basic math skills, follow directions and adhere to company policies, stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs, and be available to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
