Job Summary
Answer phones, enter pizza orders into computers, and learn to prepare product from start to finish. Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and walk-in coolers, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Operate all equipment and make correct monetary change while processing telephone and in-person orders. Work primarily from a standing position, lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds using a hand truck. Perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and meet strict quality control standards while dealing with the general public. Orientation and training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- The ability to work under stress
- The ability to deal with people
- The ability to make judgements and decisions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift cases from floor and stack onto shelves up to 72 high
