Job Summary
Take telephone and in-person orders, handle cash, and manage customer concerns while demonstrating a friendly attitude. Make high-quality pizzas, control food portions, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, and clean the facility daily. Perform inventory checks, complete paperwork, and communicate verbally and in writing to process orders accurately. Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50-pound cases, carrying dough trays, and pushing dollies. Work in varying temperatures and adverse conditions, requiring strong motor coordination and the ability to work under stress.
