Job Summary
Take orders over the phone and in person while demonstrating friendly, positive customer service skills. Handle cash transactions, deal with customer concerns, and upsell products. Prepare high-quality pizzas, manage food and portion control, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, and perform general cleaning duties daily. Lift and carry bulk products, including cases up to 50 pounds and trays of dough, while moving trays on dollies. Work in varying temperatures and conditions, including exposure to food odors and hot surfaces, while maintaining accurate data entry and inventory records.
