Customer Service & Rental Agent

Greet customers, address inquiries regarding charges and vehicle damages, and perform vehicle exchanges and extensions. Monitor traffic control, inspect incoming vehicles for new damage, and report findings to the supervisor. Scan returning vehicles back into the system and provide computerized receipts. Maintain current knowledge of company policies, pricing, and promotions while supporting the team environment by assisting other agents. This role requires a valid Georgia driver's license, a clean driving record, and at least one year of customer service experience.
