Job Summary
Renovation Specialist responsible for constructing Renovation bids, analyzing product selection, pricing and fulfillment needs to maximize profitability. Source products and vendors, negotiate costs and price items to meet margin guidelines, oversee Renovation projects from start to finish, ensure timely bid turnaround, and maintain consistent Renovation pricing. Requires high school diploma or GED, proficiency as a Renovation Coordinator II, strong communication and organizational skills, and MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook). Hybrid work options available upon training; position based in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications

- Fluency in English
