Job Summary
As a Customer Service Reception Apprentice, you’ll be the welcoming face of the business, performing front-of-house reception duties, handling incoming calls, directing enquiries, supporting administrative tasks (mail, meeting rooms, office supplies), and assisting with Customer Order Processing. The role includes learning customer service best practices and office operations while working toward a nationally recognised qualification in Customer Service and developing communication, organisational, problem‐solving, and administrative skills within a supportive team. Potential for a permanent role upon successful completion.
