Job Summary
Manage customer service projects related to systems, tools, process improvements, and operational initiatives by developing plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate activities for acquisitions, transitions, and service expansions by partnering with internal teams to align systems, workflows, and readiness plans for go-live. Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination across departments, facilitating meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment between service needs and technical requirements. Maintain project documentation, action items, and status reporting while supporting post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of project coordination or project management experience
- Experience supporting systems, operational, or contact center projects
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) for most of the workday
- Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 30 pounds rarely
- This position requires on-site presence at our Enfield, CT location, and remote work arrangements are unavailable for this role
- Local travel
Desired Qualifications
- Waste and recycling industry experience preferred
