Job Summary
Manage countertop orders from builders, retail customers, and commercial clients through order entry, material selection, and inventory coordination. Schedule template appointments, fabrication, delivery, and installation activities while preparing shop packets, work orders, and project documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, builders, designers, and internal teams, tracking progress and communicating updates or delays proactively. Resolve customer concerns and project issues professionally, ensuring projects meet quality standards and timelines. Maintain accurate project records within company systems. Coordinate with production, CAD, scheduling, and field installation teams to deliver seamless project experiences.
