Job Summary
Customer Service Professional-Inbound role focused on answering calls in a timely, professional manner, identifying caller needs, clarifying charges/payments, processing insurance, documenting outcomes in Rescue Net Billing, transferring/escalating as needed, mentoring new hires, and supporting special projects. Requires adherence to SOPs, HIPAA scores, and government/compliance regulations while maintaining a courteous, customer-focused approach. Remote, full-time position with standard EST hours (1:30pm–10:00pm EST) and a Monday–Friday schedule. Proficiency in documenting interactions clearly for future reference and collaborating with supervisors to resolve issues and improve service quality.
