Job Summary
Customer Service Professional at Ceco Door (ASSA ABLOY) on-site in Milan, TN. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing general and technical information, answering calls regarding pricing, scheduling, delays, and technical inquiries, managing after-sales activities (RGA, Short Schedule, complaints), assisting teammates, responding to written inquiries, resolving complaints professionally, maintaining product knowledge, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and contributing to team goals. Some travel may be required. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to governance policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer Service Experience preferred - at least one-year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Previous experience within manufacturing, building materials, or commercial construction industry a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Good organizational, planning and follow up skills
- Must have general computer skills
- Maintain confidentiality of various competitive and industry documents and materials
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Be self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment while able to prioritize multiple important, time sensitive tasks as needed
- Basic Math skills are required
