Job Summary
Manage warranty cases for installed bases and serve as the primary contact for sub-suppliers, planning and coordinating their onsite works. Handle non-conformance reports from registration in internal systems to successful closing while advising customers on spare parts for medium-voltage switchgear. Provide technical expertise for offers and assist with on-site installation works, ensuring alignment across HQ, factories, regional countries, suppliers, and customers. This role requires a 20/80 split between on-site and office work and expects a minimum of three years of practical experience as an electrician with knowledge of MV/LV systems and Protection and Automation equipment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as an electrician
- Basic understanding of MV/LV systems
- Basic knowledge of Protection and Automation equipment
- Solution oriented
- Strong minded
- Able to handle various stakeholders
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbally
- 20/80 split availability (on site and from office)
