Job Summary
Customer Account Specialist responsible for entering, reviewing, and tracking customer orders through delivery; acting as primary contact for assigned accounts; coordinating with production, quality control, and logistics to meet customer requirements; generating reports on order status and inventory needs; onboarding new accounts; and supporting continuous improvement in order-management processes within a manufacturing environment. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ERP/order-management system proficiency, and ability to manage multiple accounts and ensure timely, accurate order data. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred; 1-3 years of customer account experience is typical. Duties may vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (Preferred) or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
