Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound contacts by actively listening to customer needs, researching internal systems, and processing orders while following client-specific processes and scripts. Accurately document and process customer claims, use knowledge bases to answer inquiries, and escalate unresolved issues to ensure first-call resolution. Handle confidential information with care and adhere to all attendance and scheduling requirements. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test to be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
