Customer Service Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary
Answer phones, respond to orders and re-orders, and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including triaging incoming faxes by facility and department according to cutoff times. Clarify orders as needed while maintaining great telephone etiquette and strong attention to detail. Requires an active FL Board of Pharmacy license and previous pharmacy experience, with knowledge of brand and generic medications. Shift runs 2:30pm to 11:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Onsite position at SpecialtyRx, a Long-Term Care pharmacy serving assisted living communities.
Required Qualifications
- Active FL Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed
- Previous experience in pharmacy
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
- Great telephone etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- LTC pharmacy experience
