Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service as a Customer Service, Personal Banker at a NatWest branch in Southampton. Handle day-to-day banking tasks including payments, balance enquiries and transfers; guide customers on how to bank with NatWest and the services offered; identify opportunities to assist customers with simple financial products and collaborate with other teams for a seamless experience. Participate in a comprehensive training program and study toward an external qualification related to banking. Hours typically 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday with rotational Saturdays; 35 hours per week. Salary offered is a competitive starting salary of £27,090, pro rata for hours worked, with a benefits package including retirement contributions and healthcare/perks. The role supports development through a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and ongoing coaching.
