Job Summary
Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and assisting with a variety of in-store tasks. Responsibilities include processing mail, Western Union orders, utility bills, and money orders; cashing checks; handling lottery tickets; weighing and processing postal duties; assisting customers with requests, refunds, and general inquiries; operating the cash register and intercom; and maintaining a positive store image. Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations and work in a fast-paced environment with adherence to store guidelines. Education requirement is high school or equivalent with 6 months to 1 year of related experience; in-store duties may involve loading/unloading heavy items and coordinating with team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent experience and over six months up to one year of similar or related work experience.
