Customer Service Packer

Pack customer orders ranging from small parcel shipments to large boxes and palletized freight; create and apply shipping labels and required documentation; load packages onto carrier trucks for shipment; verify parts and quantities against pick tickets and shipping paperwork; assist with staging completed orders in designated shipping areas; serve as a backup picker by pulling parts from the warehouse and staging them in the packing area for shipment; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; assist with other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned; this position will include heavy lifting; not a line position; perform other duties as assigned by management.
