Job Summary
Own end-to-end order processing for high volumes of customer orders using ERP/order-management tools; coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time despatch; send order confirmations and maintain professional customer communications; handle inquiries about order status and product availability; maintain order records for reporting/audits; contribute to process improvements to reduce bottlenecks; collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a smooth order journey; stay updated on product knowledge and internal systems to ensure accuracy in order entry and communications. This role includes a Sunday shift and weekly hours as listed, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Data Entry Expertise – Proven experience handling high volumes of data entry accurately using internal systems (e.g. ERP or order management tools)
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with customers and internal teams, both in writing and verbally
- Cross-Departmental Coordination – Experience working closely with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer service teams to meet despatch deadlines and ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Attention to Detail & Problem Solving, and the ability to identify order-related issues or process inefficiencies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
