Job Summary
Customer Solutions Specialist I at UCT in Phoenix, AZ, acting as a direct link between the company and customer to manage the overall customer order process encompassing pre-sales and post-sales service, coordinating with site operations, engineering and logistics, leading customer conference calls, proactively communicating with internal teams and customers, resolving issues, expediting orders when possible, ensuring data accuracy, participating in RFQ processes, and performing order accuracy reviews to ensure contract, pricing and turnaround time are correct.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Effective written and oral skills
- Microsoft Office 365, intermediate skills preferred
- Knowledge of customer service procedures and systems
- Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to participate in a fast paced, cross functional, cross-business team environment
