Job Summary
Senior Specialist in Customer Service and Order Management responsible for end-to-end order planning and execution for assigned CMI/VMI customers, ensuring alignment with forecasts and maximizing service levels. Utilize SAP, Salesforce, Qualtrics, and other tools to document customer interactions; identify process gaps in Order to Delivery workflows and propose optimizations; lead small continuous improvement initiatives. Handle logistics disputes, credits/debits, and returns; collaborate daily with cross-functional teams across multiple countries. Drive NSV growth through cross-selling while maintaining high service standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Order Management, Customer Service (FMCG/B2B), Order to Cash, or Supply Chain roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI) and experience with SAP & SNC, Salesforce, Qualtrics
- Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and ability to work independently under pressure
- Fluent English plus additional language (German or French)
