Job Summary
Answer and respond to all incoming customer calls effectively and efficiently, directing inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Profile callers to determine transfer needs and maintain accurate client data and insurance information. Process specialized functions promptly while demonstrating strong computer literacy and the ability to explain life insurance concepts. This hybrid role requires one to three years of customer service experience and detail-oriented communication skills. Starting pay is $15.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of customer service experience
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to use multiple systems and online resources efficiently
- Ability to obtain and grow an understanding of life insurance and learn how to explain information to clients
- Strong computer literacy
- Open to learning new applications
