Job Summary
Process alarm signals quickly and accurately while managing stressful situations. Dispatch proper authorities to subscribers' locations in emergencies, verify that help is on the way, and notify responsible parties. Assist alarm company partners with system tests to ensure subscriber alarms function properly. Accurately document all responses on the computer and engage in ongoing training to maintain professional growth. This role requires working 16-29 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays, with a 6-month commitment. Becklar protects over 2.2 million subscribers daily using advanced AI technology and skilled operators to provide rapid monitoring and response for people, property, and employees.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Available to work Day/Early morning shifts
- Willing to work 1 weekend day each week or every other weekend
- Willing to work holidays
- Ability to make a 6 month commitment to work here
- Ability to pass a 2 week fully-paid training class
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
