Job Summary
Senior Customer Service & Operations Analyst responsible for responding to customer queries within SLAs, authorising and investigating transactions to KPIs, collecting and analysing information from customers and businesses, and reviewing processes that could be automated or enhanced to improve the customer and business experience. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders, and knowledge of AML/CDD/KYC, with experience in managing regulatory changes and working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 months of AML/CDD/KYC experience with ability to make informed decisions and provide clear justifications for reviews conducted
- Experience in CDD Remediation, including performing CDD/EDD/TDD reviews, validating client information through internal and external sources
