Customer Service Officer

Act as the primary point of contact for Eziway salary packaging clients, answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries. Process the salary packaging lifecycle, including account creation, documentation, and terminations, while using Eziway's software for data entry and file updates. Own a designated portfolio of client accounts, delivering a superior service end-to-end with accurate record maintenance. This role supports FBT-exempt organisations such as charities and public health providers. A rotating roster with 8am, 9am, and 10am starts is required.
