Job Summary
Be the primary point of contact for REIWA's members, connecting with them daily, supporting their needs, and ensuring they get genuine value from their membership. Manage incoming enquiries with a friendly, professional approach, proactively reach out to members to ensure ongoing value, educate members on REIWA's products and services, support onboarding, provide technical assistance across REIWA systems (including reiwa.com), gather and escalate feedback as needed, collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and projects, deliver or support member education through webinars, and contribute to continuous improvement and office administration.
Required Qualifications
- Strong commitment to a customer-first approach and delivering value
- Proven experience in a client or customer service role
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
- Confidence in supporting customers with website navigation and technical enquiries
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams
- Experience assisting customers via phone and email
- Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel)
