Customer Service Officer

Handle order entries and confirmations, ensuring accurate documentation and processing of shipments. Monitor shipment status to provide customers with timely updates regarding delivery schedules, delays, or changes. Assist with preparing shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms, while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Work Mon to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:45 pm, with Friday hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Based in Penjuru with company transport available from Jurong East. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of logistics experience or relevant education are preferred, though applicants without this background may still be considered on individual merit.
