Job Summary
Centre Service Officer at Lifeblood Morley Donor Centre providing donor reception, instructions for paperwork, refreshment service, post-donation follow-up, and centre operations support. Responsibilities include warmly greeting donors, guiding paperwork, preparing/replenishing food and beverages in the donor refreshment area, monitoring post-donation activities, coordinating rebooking of appointments, and collaborating with the team across a rotating Monday–Sunday roster. Requires demonstrated customer-service experience, knowledge of safe food handling procedures, strong computer literacy with multiple systems, ability to lift up to 22.7 kg, and flexibility for weekend/afternoon shifts. Training is provided through a flexible self-paced program combining on-the-job practice and online classes.
