Job Summary
Conduct service counter inquiries, acknowledge customers, and process orders while following up on urgent requests to ensure satisfaction. Assemble hoses to manufacturer specifications and perform component conversions to restore parts to "as new" condition. Maintain the front counter display and adhere to workplace health and safety objectives by reporting incidents and hazards.
