Job Summary
Customer Service Officer will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries about product information, order status, and delivery schedules, processing orders, quotations, and invoices, coordinating with Sales/Operations/Service teams for order fulfilment and service delivery, managing maintenance contract renewals, arranging local deliveries and logistics support, handling warranty claims and related documentation, and providing general administrative support with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to work under pressure
- A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset
