Job Summary
Customer Service Officer responsible for being the first point of contact to support Distributor customers, including processing orders, advising on pricing and delivery enquiries, and answering phone calls to provide solutions. Build and sustain positive relationships across internal teams (Sales, Distribution, Production, Finance, Administration & Quality) and ensure accurate order entry, CRM notes, and timely updates. Maintain use of the IPFX phone system to guarantee availability, handle product availability and promotions inquiries, and support a high-quality customer experience. Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative, proactive approach to resolving issues and improving efficiency and service. The role is based at North Plympton, SA, with a rotating shift 7:30am–5:30pm (6:30pm DST) and potential option to work from home up to 8 days per month after probation.
