Job Summary
Customer Support Officer at Alex Bank responsible for inbound/outbound calls, email and chat, onboarding, payments, and the processing and follow up of customer requests for deposit and lending products. Supports AML/CTF, KYC, and fraud compliance, escalates potential risk issues, drives customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and acts as the Voice of the Customer across the organisation. Based in or around Brisbane with hybrid work options and Brisbane office attendance as required.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in banking or financial services
- Background in customer service or call centre environments
- Experience working with finance systems (origination, payments, servicing)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Track record of exceeding targets in a quality-led, compliance-driven environment
- Based in, or around, Brisbane and able to attend a Brisbane based office, as required.
