Job Summary
Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure, create Quick Bookings in Cargo Wise, and register Consols to proceed with shipper instructions. Respond to queries, access relevant files, and check completed work for accuracy while communicating with stakeholders via email. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer or company information and explore process improvements through the Continuous Improvement initiative. This role requires a Diploma in a related field, proficiency in MS Office, and strong attention to detail. You must be entitled to work in Malaysia and prepared for pre-employment checks. Join our global logistics network supporting food, fuel, medicine, and rescue services across 27 markets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum with Diploma in any related field or equivalent
- Must be entitled to work in Malaysia
- Prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical

- Proven data entry working experience
