Job Summary
Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and support month-end close activities for Kwik Lok Canada's accounting team. Enter and manage customer orders, communicate needs to Regional Sales Managers, and provide pricing and parts availability via the ERP system. Resolve customer inquiries, process Return Material Authorizations, and assist Assembly Technicians with technical documentation. Perform routine filing, scanning, and office duties while adhering to Global Food Safety protocols. This 12- to 24-month contract requires Microsoft Office proficiency and Navision experience. Located in Cambridge, Ontario, this exempt role supports a tight-knit office environment within the manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products- strong Word and Excel skills required
- ERP experience required (Microsoft Navision experience preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Canada without sponsorship
- Must be organized, detailed orientated, have the ability to detect inconsistencies in data
- Ability to work reliably and successfully in a deadline-driven environment
- Can work both independently and in collaboration with others
- Advanced communication skills (listening, written, and verbal)
- Conveys friendly and patient atmosphere both in person and over phone
- Excited about providing amazing customer service and advocating for customers
- Experienced in resolving conflicts and concerns
- Confident in troubleshooting and investigating to resolve issues
- Seeks and accepts feedback for personal development
- Experience with customs and shipping protocols and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- The ability to speak either French and/or Spanish in addition to English is a plus
