Job Summary
Customer Service Monitoring Representative responsible for monitoring and dispatching authorities for residential and small business alarms, handling inbound/outbound calls, and providing alarm processing and basic troubleshooting. Onsite office in West Henrietta, NY with a hybrid schedule after training (two remote days per week). Compensation includes an hourly pay rate of $17-$19 with an additional $1 per hour for onsite or hybrid work, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for promotion within the ADT family.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience
- Ability to be licensed in multiple states
- Technical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple items at once
