Job Summary
Store-based customer service role in New Castle, PA at Michaels. Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. Handle truck unloading, merchandise duties, store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Assist customers with product location, solutions, and enrollment in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards. Educate on the VOC survey and participate in Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participate in stock, planogram, and AD set duties; support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production. Perform essential duties with a respectful, positive demeanor and uphold the company values. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Minimum age requirement is 16.
