Job Summary
Customer Service Merchandiser responsible for selling, ordering and merchandising products in large format accounts, developing relationships with store management, and ensuring product placement and displays meet established standards. Maximize sales and distribution through POS materials, pricing communication, and securing placement of new and incremental equipment. Duties include stocking, rotating, and displaying products (including alcoholic products), maintaining clean backrooms, setting up POS items per standards, and adhering to OSHA and safety requirements. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, complete daily reports and paperwork, and work with retailers and Pepsi management on pricing, programs, and issues. Requires strong communication, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and ability to drive a vehicle; proficient in Microsoft Office; prior VIP experience preferred. Schedule includes early mornings with possible overtime; must be able to work independently and build relationships with customers and employees. Education is High School/GED with associate degree preferred; 1-3 years of sales experience recommended.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED or equivalent degree required
- 1 - 3 years of sales experience (e.g. retail sales management, consumer product line)
- Must have a valid Driver's License; insurable to operate a vehicle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; VIP experience preferred
